Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse, Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the telemetry unit.
• Monitor and interpret patients' telemetry readings and notify healthcare team of changes.
• Administer medications and manage patient treatments per facility protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for patient-centered care.
• Float between units including ED and CCU as required by patient needs.
• Document patient interactions and interventions accurately in Cerner charting system.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license with no restrictions.
• Minimum of 5 years of RN experience in acute care settings.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting telemetry monitor data.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Ability to float between multiple units and adapt to various acuity levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility in scheduling.
