Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to promote mobility and alleviate pain.
• Implement therapy programs to restore function and prevent disability in patients with physical impairments.
• Teach patients strategies to manage their condition for long-term health benefits.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in wellness and fitness-oriented programs to enhance patient lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Valid AZ Physical Therapist license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing unit (SNU), and acute care settings needed.
• Cerner EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to float to acute care as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
