Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Cath Lab to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform specialized nursing procedures in the Cath Lab as needed.
- Manage patient care with a 1:1 patient ratio.
- Ensure proper documentation and use of EMR systems (Cerner and MacLab).
- Participate in rotating call shifts as required (average 12 shifts in a 6-week period).
- Assist with circulatory support in a two-room Cath Lab setting.
- Uphold all facility protocols and maintain compliance in special procedures.
Qualifications
- Current RN license and certifications in BLS and ACLS (AHA or ARC accepted).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Cath Lab, Emergency Cath Lab, or ICU/CC settings.
- Proficient in Cerner and MacLab EMR systems.
- Ability to perform under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with circulating and direct patient care in a Cath Lab.
- Preparedness to engage in rotating call duties and flexible scheduling.
