Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, PICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care in a pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) setting.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, pain, and responses to treatment.
- Perform advanced procedures such as arterial line management and central line care.
- Administer medications including vasopressors, anti-seizure, and antiarrhythmic drugs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including respiratory and social services.
- Ability to float to other UCSF Facilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Current CA RN License in good standing.
- American Heart Association BLS and PALS certifications required.
- 5 years of PICU experience.
- Experience with Epic charting system.
- Pediatric CVICU and Trauma Level I experience preferred.
- BSN required for all RN positions.
