Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Ultrasound Technician to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound imaging including general, OBGYN, small parts, and Dopplers for arms and legs.
• Operate and maintain three imaging scanners in the department including two GE machines and one Phillips.
• Ensure all imaging studies are documented accurately in the EPIC/Synapse systems.
• Rotate through on-call shifts, covering weekdays, weeknights, and weekends as required.
• Collaborate with the Radiology Supervisor to ensure department efficiency and patient care excellence.
• Adhere to all safety protocols including the use of a radiation badge and appropriate scrub attire.

Qualifications

• Current ARDMS certification (RDMS in OB, AB, General) required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
• Demonstrated proficiency in performing ultrasound studies including general, OBGYN, and small parts.
• Experience with department-specific equipment including GE and Phillips ultrasound machines.
• Familiarity with EPIC and Synapse imaging systems to perform efficient charting and communication.
• Ability to participate in rotating call schedules and on-call duties, covering nights and weekends as needed.
