Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - MedSurg/Tele to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and manage patients' vital signs and medical conditions.
• Administer medications, including titration of drips as per protocol.
• Document patient assessments and care plans using Cerner.
• Float to other adult medical/surgical units as required.
• Participate in unit-specific orientation and training programs.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license to practice in the state of Wisconsin.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience required.
• Experience with telemetry and monitoring systems preferred.
• Flexible with rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to float to different units as needed.
