Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Perform echocardiograms and other diagnostic imaging procedures with precision.
Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures in the Epic system.
Provide on-call coverage approximately one day per week and respond within 30 minutes.
Ensure equipment is in working order and report any malfunctions.
Collaborate with healthcare team to interpret and communicate test results effectively.
Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum of one year experience as an Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer.
Certification in BLS and either ARDMS or CCT is required.
Experience with Epic charting system is necessary.
Ability to handle procedures in ICU and emergency department settings.
Pediatric echocardiography experience is preferred.
Willingness to work rotating shifts and respond to on-call duties.
