Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients with neuro-focused diagnoses, including strokes, seizures, and spinal injuries.
• Manage and titrate various drips such as Heparin, Nitro, and Amiodarone.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize RT equipment including vents, Cpap, and Bipap.
• Participate in self-scheduling and cover shifts as per facility requirements.
• Support patient monitoring by understanding tele monitor usage and central monitoring systems.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Mandatory certifications: BLS, NIHSS.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MS, PCU, or ICU settings.
• Experience with traches and vents preferred.
• Strong drip management competence required.
• Open to first-time travelers with relevant experience.
