Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - MedSurg / Tele to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with various medical conditions like ortho trauma and vascular issues.
• Monitor and manage heparin and other titratable drips as per prescribed protocols.
• Collaborate with telemetry technicians for continuous monitoring of patients.
• Manage patient flow and assignments, including taking charge of shifts as necessary.
• Float to other adult medical/surgical units as required.
• Adhere to department-specific orientation and policies, ensuring compliance with patient safety and care standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with eligibility to work in Wisconsin.
• BLS certification required (AHA).
• 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in handling titratable drips and understanding of telemetry.
• Familiarity with Cerner charting systems.
• Commitment to working every other weekend and holiday as scheduled.
