Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver perioperative nursing care in a multi-functional operating room setting.
• Participate in the cross-training process for Endoscopy procedures.
• Operate Baxter pumps and use robotic equipment like DaVinci, Phillips, and Dynomap.
• Assist with a variety of cases including General, Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, and ENT.
• Ensure compliance with ACLS protocols for moderate sedation procedures.
• Participate in an on-call rotation including one weeknight every four weeks and one weekend shift per contract cycle.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in all areas of the Operating Room.
• BLS Certification is required.
• Familiarity with EPIC charting systems.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, Wednesday through Friday.
• ACLS Certification is preferred due to modern sedation practices.
