Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Assist with patient preparation and surgical procedure setup in the operating room
Ensure sterile conditions are maintained during surgeries
Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery
Collaborate with surgical team members to provide optimal patient care
Maintain detailed documentation of patient surgery and recovery
Participate in rotational call coverage, including some weekends

Qualifications

Valid RN license with the ability to practice in Illinois
3+ years of CVOR experience and robotic experience required
Verifiable education in nursing
Ability to work a 10-hour day schedule with call coverage
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Applicants must reside more than 50 miles from Rockford, IL
