Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide 4x10 or 3x12 rotating shifts to meet unit and patient needs.
Participate in one/two 12-hour weekday calls with flexibility for short staffing.
Fulfill one full weekend call requirement every 5 weeks.
Work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day.
Float to other OR suites as required, ensuring patient care in various surgeries.
Complete bi-weekly orientation and maintain reliable transportation due to regional needs.

Qualifications

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Prefer CNOR certification for additional credentialing.
Minimum of 2 years OR RN experience with cardiovascular/open heart competencies.
Prior travel experience and flexibility with schedule required.
Must have large, academic teaching hospital experience of 500+ beds.
Recent Epic experience within the last 2 years is mandatory.
