Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging studies, including cardiac, HIDA, gastric emptying, lung scans, thyroid uptake, and tilts.
• Operate and maintain 2 Siemens E-cam and 2 Philips Brightview machines.
• Ensure completion of radiology procedures and accurate recording of studies using EMR-Meditech Expanse and PACS-AGFA IMPAX systems.
• Start IVs and conduct EKGs as necessary for imaging procedures.
• Maintain radiation safety protocols and wear a radiation badge as required.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, covering weekends and shifts as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid ARRT or NMTCB certification; West Virginia State Licensure required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in nuclear medicine and the ability to perform IV starts and EKGs.
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred.
• Black scrubs required, with adherence to dress code policies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a focus on patient safety and care.
