Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized cardiovascular operating room nursing care.
- Execute call duties during weekdays and one full weekend every five weeks.
- Ensure flexibility with schedules to meet clinical needs.
- Maintain high competency in Cardio Vascular / Open Heart operating procedures.
- Float to other OR Suites as needed for circulating duties.
- Participate in bi-weekly orientations and maintain compliance with facility requirements.
Qualifications
- Active BLS certification required; CNOR preferred.
- Two years of OR RN experience with recent cardiovascular expertise.
- Prior travel experience in a large academic teaching hospital.
- Hands-on experience with EPIC within the past 2 years.
- Able to scrub and assist in various cardiovascular procedures.
- Reliable transportation is necessary; all-season or snow tires recommended November through April.
