Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide support during cardiac cath lab procedures including TAVR and TMVR.
• Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures in cardiology and radiology.
• Manage emergency on-call situations during weekends/holidays as required.
• Ensure accurate hemodynamic monitoring and equipment setup.
• Participate in continuous care improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary communication.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year acute care experience in a Cath Lab setting.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, ARRT or RCIS, and Fluoro Permit required.
• Valid state license or compact license in hand at submission.
• Experience with both diagnostic and interventional neuro/cardiovascular procedures.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and meet on-call requirements.
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
