Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Pediatric OR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care in the Pediatric Operating Room setting.
- Circulate various pediatric specialties such as General, Trauma, and ENT.
- Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure a safe procedure environment.
- Administer care consistent with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Participate in on-call schedule, covering up to 3 call shifts per month.
- Work overnight shifts, including holidays like Christmas Eve.
Qualifications
- Active RN license with minimum 2 years of Pediatric OR experience.
- ADN required, BSN highly preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
- Experience with Epic electronic health records is required.
- Experience in specialties: Ortho, Neuro, GI, Eyes, Dental, Urology.
- PREFERRED: ACLS, PALS, CNOR certifications or equivalent.
