Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform circulating duties during surgical procedures, with a focus on ortho/neuro/podiatry cases
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Maintain a sterile environment in the operating room
- Communicate effectively with surgeons and surgical staff
- Participate in rotational call, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Adhere to all facility policies and nursing standards
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with active state licensure
- Minimum of 1 year of OR circulating experience, preferably in ortho/neuro/podiatry
- American Heart Association (AHA) Certifications required; RQI not accepted
- Ability to work 4 10-hour shifts with flexible start times
- Willingness to participate in rotational call schedule
- Not open to local candidates within a 50-mile radius
