Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging studies such as cardiac, HIDA, gastric emptying, lung scans, thyroid uptake, and tilts.
• Operate Siemens E-cam and Philips Brightview equipment to conduct diagnostic imaging.
• Maintain radiation safety and compliance with agency-provided radiation badges.
• Utilize EMR-Meditech Expanse and PACS-AGFA IMPAX for documentation and image management.
• Collaborate with the lead tech and radiologist on imaging studies.
• Participate in rotating on-call shifts, including weekends and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT or NMTCB certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• Valid West Virginia State Licensure for Nuclear Medicine Tech.
• BLS certification required.
• Proficiency in starting IVs and performing EKGs.
• Prior experience in a busy imaging department performing 12-15 scans per day.
• Ability to comply with dress code, wearing non-branded black scrubs.
