Description

Shift: Nights

Job type: Full Time

Hours: 1800-0630

Schedule: 6 (12) hour shifts per two week pay period. Some weekends required.

Position Summary

Registered Respiratory Therapist provides respiratory care to patients.
Registered Respiratory Therapist completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.
Other related duties as assigned.

Registered Respiratory Therapist performs all aspects of respiratory care to include diagnostic test of the cardio-pulmonary system
Registered Respiratory Therapist performs quality control on all respiratory care equipment to include I-STAT blood gas analyzers

Education

Required: Graduate of an AMA accredited respiratory care program for Registered Respiratory Therapist / RRT

Certifications

Required: RRT RCP CA State licensure; CRT, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
