A bonus is if they have additional experience in high risk pregnancy as we also care for ante partum patients.Floating is primarily within the service line (Pediatrics and NICU) but there are times where there is a need for 1:1 sitting in another area or ED. Rarely would they float to Med Surg as helping hands unless they choose to take an assignment.
