Previous HCA experience preferred.Must have: 2 years experience as a nurse with at least 1-year experience in ER setting, teamwork mentality, ability to coach and give feedback in real time. (this information will come from a manager or co-worker on the unit) The first time you connect, you will be asked to record the name. Please follow the prompts. Clock in with a 1 and clock out with a 9 unless you are clocking for charge, other productive time or a return callback. Clock in with a 62 if this is your 2nd, 3rd, etc. return for a call-back shift.
