Block scheduling cannot be accommodated. Valid State License Temp licensure not accepted. Valid perm California license must be in hand at time of submission. Any license or background hit requires a detailed written statement from the traveler. License/background hits will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. No radius rule locals accepted at same rate .
