Clinicians are expected to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule and should NOT request changes once onsite. Floating Requirements/Ratios: Candidates are required to float within their skillset, no exceptions. Ratios vary based on census and staffing. When floated, RNs will be assigned a patient ratio based on patient acuity License/Certifications: Active NJ or Compact license is required at time of submission. All certifications required at time of submission unless otherwise specified. Please indicate upon submission if traveler will acquire certificate prior to start date. Submissions: Maximum of 3 submissions per candidate per facility Local Rules : Locals accepted at the same rate. Background Policy : Open/active BG hits and/or License Hits NOT accepted. Compliance : Labs MUST be completed 48 hours of signing. Valid NJ State License or Compact License required for nursing, at time of submission. Failing competency exams require a 6-month break before clinician can re-submit. Certifications are required at time of submission unless otherwise specified and can be obtained prior to start. ED/Behavioral Health/Psychiatric RNs MUST complete de-escalation training within 14 days of their start date.
