RTO Rules: RTO CANNOT OCCUR WITHIN 14 DAYS OF START DATE; cannot exceed 7 days (however, if a job has been open for weeks with little/no subs, reach out to CDM, and we will see if exception can be made) Candidate s permanent address must be GREATER than 75 miles from contracted facility. Prior to submitting, please ensure the traveler s home address is accurate - should match their W4 and the address on their state RN/Allied license. The client audits compliance documents for local rate discrepancies (SS trace hits, completing labs locally, local address on state license, etc.). If offered, travelers will need to provide accepted proof of residency documents within 48hrs of acceptance. Accepted Documents (1 of each): Mortgage statement or Lease agreement Utility Bill: Electric, Gas, Water, Sewer, or Internet (linked to the physical residence) TN/compact licensure and any required certs/licensed must be in hand at time of submittal Facility will not allow certifications/licensure to expire within 45 days of the start date. Please note if candidates are pushed the same rule applies and the certs/licensure may also not expire within that 45-day period. Candidates should start working on renewals if within that time period. Charting: Cerner experience preferred, not required unless specifically noted on the UD Previous perm staff rules on returning: CANNOT RETURN TO THE SAME CAMPUS THEY WERE PERM STAFF AT WITHIN 24 months; they can return to another campus within Covenant Health after just 12 months Travel teams that are related or married (spouses, family members) cannot work on same unit, please ensure they are submitted to different units if submitting to same location Floating is in accordance with floating policies, as well as the clinical experiences of the worker being asked to float.
