We do a lot of moderate sedation in the department, but the ED providers are credentialed to manage the sedation portion. Acute ratio is 1:4 but may flex 1:5 Subacute/supertrack ratio is 1:5- 1:6 Special Equipment : - #Tier2 Travel Compliance SSN/DOB RTO - preferred 7 days or less 1+ years required for submission (within specialty submitting to), travel experience preferred. Submit with recent Nursys Valid NY State License (must have at least applied if still pending) References Required Certifications - will allow travelers to get before starting Permanent Staff cannot return as a traveler within a year. Candidates may float within skillset Client will not clear without SSN (Canadian Travelers). Please ensure all international travelers apply for Social Security appointment at time of submittal. International travelers cannot cross any sooner than 10 days prior to scheduled start date. Client will not clear with pending SSN or work authorization. Local Radius: 75 miles Local Rule: accepted at lower rate Orientation : Minimum of 3 hours with a 6-hour max Extensions : After the 3 rd assignment they can do 3 more but at the Local rate.
