We will redirect your candidate to open positions should they be declined from the need. Copy of Certifications: Please include all required certifications for the candidate at the time of submission. This includes Nursys or Allied License verifications. Requires specific amount of exp.: Typically 1 year in specialty. Varies by Position, check Job Details. Valid State License: License in hand preferred. Otherwise traveler must apply for MN license through Aya project at time offer is accepted. References Required: 1 supervisor reference minimum is required at the time of submission. Local Rules: As of 7/17/23, Any candidate that is less than 100 miles away from the facility will need to be redirected. The only exception is for Radiology positions, Allina will accept locals. Please note, at this time only 25 states outside of Minnesota can perform LiveScan prints for this background check. If candidates are not within driving distance of a LiveScan location, they must travel to one or to Minnesota to get this done. These must be done as soon as possible, as results can take anywhere from 1 day to 3-4 weeks, and candidates will not be cleared to start unless fingerprint results are on file. This is a Minnesota state requirement with no exceptions. Please ensure your traveler is aware and in agreeance prior to submitting. If traveler has any vacation plans during the period between Sign Date and Start Date, this must be communicated to the Account Manager at the time of Submission to ensure a realistic start date may be requested.
