Any RTO must be in initial submission and if approved, also in confirmation document. Expect to work some holidays. RTO approved at manager discretion. Number of months of EPIC experience in the past 1-year (Start date will be determined by EPIC class options. All travelers MUST attend either accelerated or 2-days EPIC class. If a traveler is returning and was previously at VHC within the past 6-months, they can forgo the EPIC class). Workers should provide a statement of EPIC experience and will either test out with one day training, or start with two days training if EPIC experience is long in the past, or otherwise minimal.
