ID: 63125185 Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00) Description: Shift: Day Shift; Monday-Friday; 8-5 Call requirements: possibility for call while no speech coverage (~ 2 weeks); for Stroke Evaluations only (since I have been here I have only had to call speech in 1 time for this over a 5 year period); my full-time speech therapists will cover otherwise Required experience: 2 plus years; Need Pediatric outpatient experience; Inpatient swallowing experience; and modified barium swallow experience. Certs/ Licensure: Licensed Speech Therapist in KentuckyDISCLOSURE: ALL Facilities work a Schedule of 36/48 for the two weeks pay period unless notated otherwise on job order. Ratios can fluctuate with census, call in, etc. RTO edits will not be accepted once an offer has been made. Orientation is bi-weekly. Start date on job is start date needed. Resource must reside 75 miles from facility to be considered. Assignment confirmation needs to be loaded with in 24 hrs of accepting offer.
