DO NOT submit if they have not applied for the license. Vaccines Medical/Religious exemption form required with submittal. Labs - Travelers are required to go to the lab within 48 hours of signing, or risk cancellation. Livescan Fingerprinting MN residents and non-MN residents must commit to completing this within 48 hours of signing, or risk cancellation. All travelers MUST complete fingerprinting in person in MN on the Monday prior to their Monday start . This is a MN State Requirement NO EXCEPTIONS.
