Special Equipment : Head & Neck Medical Oncology: n/aHead & Neck Surgical Oncology: Flexible laryngoscopes, tracheostomy supplies, suction equipment, wound care supplies, procedure trays, surgical instruments for clinic procedures, patient exam lighting, specimen handling supplies, emergency airway equipment. #Tier2 Travel Compliance RTO: All RTO disclosed at time of submittal. RTO needs approval from the manager at time of offer. No additional requests will be accepted mid-contract. RTO cannot be within the first two weeks of start Locals: Accepted and have the same rates as Travel Charting: Epic; refer to UD on whether required or preferred Certs: BSN required for all RN positions; CA license in hand required for all RN positions Return Staff: ANY employment with any University of California medical facility and any of their acquired facilities MUST be included with employment history. Married couples may not work on the same unit Floating: At any time during assignment, resources may be reassigned to a different department, unit, or facility (within 75+ radius) if the resource satisfies the requisite job specifications Teaching Hospital Experience: Required Modules : Modules are non-billable and included in NBO hours. Modules vary by unit/specialty/position and can range between 1 hour to 24 hours. Anything over 24 hours is billable. Modules are completed pre-start and annually.
