Transplant Coordinators have patient cases that they follow from candidate identification through the workup/evaluation, cell harvest, and cellular therapy infusion or cell transplant. The patients are in different phases of this process, and a coordinator could have an assignment of 8+ patients at one time. Coordinators meet with patients several times and schedule all their appointments according to a required timeline. But there are not a daily census or visits per day. Coordinators attend meetings with doctors and other staff throughout the week. Coordinators must be organized and able to work autonomously. No RTO during first week. All RTO must be pre-approved. Cannot request additional RTO after signing. NC or Compact license pending OK for submittal.
