After offer is made, we need 2 manager refs within the last 24 months Local Radius: 50 miles Local Rule: Rate differential applies for local candidates. Techs have a 2-day orientation. Hard doc due date: HDD is the Tuesday 4pm before start. All lab and fingerprinting appointments must be scheduled and completed within 72 hours of acceptance. Behavioral Health candidates: Fingerprint is required for Behavioral Health Facility/unit only and must be completed before the HDD. Fingerprint may require travel time (over 100 miles).
