These submissions will be prioritized. Requests with less than 7 days of RTO , and no Holiday time off , will be prioritized. RTO requested after an offer will NOT be accommodated. Clinicians are expected to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule and should NOT request changes once onsite. Must be available to work 2 of 3 Holidays (unless otherwise specified in job description) Block/Special Scheduling : Schedule requests cannot be accommodated unless approved at time of booking. Contract at RWJ is expected to be travelers primary work schedule. If traveler is working elsewhere, RWJ is NOT required to accommodate unless approved prior to offer. Return Staff Policy : RWJBH staff (full time or PRN) must be gone from the RWJBH health system a minimum of 1 year before they are eligible to return for travel assignments. Floating Requirements/Ratios: Candidates are required to float within their skillset, no exceptions. Ratios vary based on census and staffing. When floated, RNs will be assigned a patient ratio based on patient acuity License/Certifications: Active NJ or Compact license is required at time of submission. All certifications required at time of submission unless otherwise specified. Please indicate upon submission if traveler will acquire certificate prior to start date. Submissions: Maximum of 3 submissions per candidate per facility Local Rules : Locals accepted at the same rate. Background Policy : Open/active BG hits and/or License Hits NOT accepted. Compliance : Labs MUST be completed 48 hours of signing. Valid NJ State License or Compact License required for nursing, at time of submission. Failing competency exams require a 6-month break before clinician can re-submit. Certifications are required at time of submission unless otherwise specified and can be obtained prior to start. Please refer to the unit description References required. Any international work history or permanent residency MUST be disclosed. ED/Behavioral Health/Psychiatric RNs MUST complete de-escalation training within 14 days of their start date. Recruiters: RNs must pay $52 plus tax for the course, this fee should be added to the margin Each traveler receives 1 certificate per module (3 total), 1 overall course certificate Modules : Modules are non-billable, 4 hours of EPIC training and up to 18 hours of additional hours RN: average 18 hours of non-billable modules Allied: average 1 hour of non-billable modules Modules are completed pre-start, and annually Modules are recorded by transcripts for onsite specific modules.
