This is a high acuity cardiac ICU which requires knowledgeable, experienced RN's.The schedule is made by the assistant managers on a 6-week basis. Requirement of every other weekend (AM shift - Saturday & Sunday, PM shift - Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday night). We allow switches of equal skill mix. Requests can be made, but not guaranteed as we need equal skill mix and number of nurses for each shift. Days off agreed upon within the contract are honored.
