Return Staff Policy: Traveler must be gone 3 months from last shift worked as Perm (Staff or Per Diem) Fingerprinting: If fingerprint results are not received by the compliance file due date, candidates will be pushed back at least one week. Please note, at this time only 25 states outside of Minnesota can perform LiveScan prints for this background check. If candidates are not within driving distance of a LiveScan location, they must travel to one or to Minnesota to get this done. These must be done as soon as possible, as results can take anywhere from 1 day to 3-4 weeks, and candidates will not be cleared to start unless fingerprint results are on file. This is a Minnesota state requirement with no exceptions. Please ensure your traveler is aware and in agreeance prior to submitting. If traveler has any vacation plans during the period between Sign Date and Start Date, this must be communicated to the Account Manager at the time of Submission to ensure a realistic start date may be requested. Allina Reference Policy : Allina does not provide references to travelers post-assignment or if they previously worked as a perm employee. Please ensure your traveler is aware of this.
