Photo is facing forward with full face frame in front of a plain background. DO NOT REMOVE BACKGROUND Properly cropped from just above the top of the head to the collarbone. No hats, sunglasses, or other people in the frame. Exceptions for head coverings for religious reasons can be made. The photo should be high resolution and color.
