Pre-Approved Time Off : one Orientation Hours : 10 Facility & Patient Care Details Patient Age Groups : Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics Daily Census : - Number of Visits Per Day : - Number of Rooms : - Number of Beds : - Additional Unit Information Interdisciplinary Support : Radiology Patient Diagnoses : Required: Operating Room, ER, EKG's, Portables, C-Arm, Cervical Spine, lumbar spine, Pelvis, Thoracic Spine ER Special Procedures/Unit Details : Mainly routine outpatient/inpatient and ER patients. We do perform code strokes and trauma studies, but do not do more invasive exams. Schedule would include being flexible to jump into doing x-ray/CT & MRI(if applicable). We do perform some c-arm studies for pain injections and surgery, this would depend on staff comfort. No fluoro studies or radiologists on site. Schedule includes one night of call a week and possibly a weekend where there is a need. (The weekend normally includes just the Saturday or the Sunday- depends on the traveler want). No holidays unless traveler would be the one to perform and ok the switch. 8x5 or 10x4 hour shifts available. Flexible with the possibility of a 3x12 hour, but would need to ensure needs of the department are covered first. Special Equipment : - #Tier2 Travel Compliance Submittal Requirements: Local Traveler Policy Local travelers are not accepted . Local is defined as within 25 miles of the facility (distance to be confirmed by the Account Manager). Former Permanent Staff Former permanent employees must be separated from the facility for at least 9 months before returning as a traveler. Time Off (RTO) Maximum of 7 days RTO permitted. No RTO during the first 2 weeks of the assignment. All RTO requests must be disclosed and approved at the time of submission . Licensing Requirements: CNA: Active Minnesota CNA license must be in hand at the time of submission. RN/LPN: Active Minnesota license in hand or proof of Minnesota license application required at submission. Minnesota licensing processing times: Email: 5-10 business days Mail: 2-3 weeks Saint Benedict's: Minnesota license must be in hand. Do not submit candidates who have not yet obtained the license. Vaccine Exemptions: Travelers requesting a medical or religious vaccine exemption must submit the appropriate exemption documentation with their profile. Start Facility Requirements: Holiday Coverage Travelers are required to work holidays as needed by the facility. Lab Requirements Travelers must complete required lab work within 48 hours of signing their contract. Failure to comply may result in assignment cancellation. Minnesota Fingerprinting Requirement All travelers must commit to completing Livescan fingerprinting within 48 hours of signing or risk cancellation. Fingerprinting must be completed in person in Minnesota on the Monday prior to the scheduled Monday start date . This is a Minnesota State requirement with no exceptions . Travelers are responsible for all travel expenses and arrangements associated with fingerprinting. Requirement applies to both Minnesota and non-Minnesota residents.
