No RTO during the first 2 weeks of the assignment. All RTO requests must be included at the time of submission. Licensing Requirements: Active Oregon State license or proof of Oregon license application and fingerprinting is required with submission. References: One professional reference from a Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or Manager is required with submission. Reference should preferably be from within the last year. Background Review: No felony convictions accepted. Any background hit must include: Traveler explanation statement Waiver/approval documentation (WA) Return Staff Policy Former staff must be separated from the facility/system for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler. Start Facility Requirements : Compliance Documentation: All compliance documents must be completed and submitted by the Wednesday prior to start date. Modules: Pre-start requirements, including modules, skills testing, competencies, and compliance activities, are non-billable. Estimated completion time is 4 8 hours. Modules completed during orientation are billable or may be attributed to NBO if completed within the first 8 hours of orientation. Epic Test-Out Requirement (RNs): RNs are required to complete an Epic Test-Out Module. If the RN does not pass the test-out, a mandatory 8-hour Epic training course will be assigned. The training course is provided at no cost to Legacy. Agencies should account for and margin this training time accordingly if the RN does not pass the test-out.
