Special Procedures/Unit Details : Ambulatory surgery center focused on efficient throughput of patients undergoing eye and ENT procedures. All patients are 14 and older. While PALS is required, most patients are adult-sized and therefore adult PACU experience is required, but pediatric PACU experience is not required. Special Equipment : *** SCREEN if missing any required skills *** #Tier2 Travel Compliance RTO: Max of 7 days of RTO (7+ days requires manager approval, along with any holiday RTO). No new RTO after submission. No RTO allowed the first week of an assignment. License Information: MO: Submit without license OK; requires MO or compact (no issuance if tied to another compact state). IL: License in hand required at time of submittal. Compact: Must match permanent residence otherwise submit for update + confirm ETA. Fit testing: *Travelers must have facial hair that allows for proper testing or will be expected to shave. No exceptions Certifications: For Barnes-Jewish Hospital location only: ACLS Required All RNs (except Behavioral Health, Case Manager Outpatient) are required to obtain ACLS by compliance hard document deadline. Certifications not required at time of submittal unless otherwise noted in the job description. Labs: Labs must be completed within 48-72 hours of signing Modules: Modules are billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr.
