All RNs must hold an active Compact or Guam nursing license at time of submission. RTO must be disclosed at submission and approved prior to contract generation. Maximum of 3 consecutive days off. Maximum of 7 total RTO days per contract. No additional RTO may be added after the contract has started. Submission Rules : Canadian travelers are not accepted. Candidates residing in Guam are considered local; local candidates are not accepted. No background hits accepted (hard requirement). Flights are not reimbursed. Recruiters must account for round-trip airfare when building the pay package. Additional Margins: Conscious Sedation (ER, ICU, Cath Lab): +$250 ESI (ER): +$62.50 ESI Pediatric (ER): +$62.50 Start / Facility Instructions : Modules Modules are completed pre-start and annually thereafter. Module requirements vary by specialty. Average completion time is 8 12 hours. Modules are billable at $20/hour for up to 12 hours. Any module time exceeding 12 hours is non-billable. Module completion is self-reported and tracked via transcripts.
