Floating policy: No floating outside of the ED but must be open to floating to all sections in the ED. Patient Experience requirements: AIDET, Respectful behavior, Pt Experience to each patient, Boards updated with info and pt updated throughout visit Hospital Specifics- Certifications: ACLSbefore starting dateon hire BLSbefore starting dateon hire PALSbefore starting dateon hire TNCCbefore starting dateon hire CPIbefore starting dateon hire NIHSSbefore starting dateon hire ENPC within 90 days of hire Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: 2 years experience in Level 2 trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, high volume 100,000 visit ED. Previous HCA experience preferred. Must have: 2 years experience as a nurse with at least 1-year experience in ER setting, teamwork mentality, ability to coach and give feedback in real time. Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED.
