Staffing is 24/7 with lead tech plus three techs on dayshift; a split shift 9a-9p and one night shift tech 7p-7a (strive for two but staffing constraints prevent). Type of equipment - GE scanners x 4; 64 slice and above, PACS and FUJI Synapse EMR Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 6 months of current acute care CT Tech experience ARRT (R) & BLS Active KS licensure Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. GE scanner experience Prior Meditech experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): CTA chest, neck, abdomen CTA Cardiac studies (Structural Heart program in place) CT Head Stroke protocol Best personality Fit: Works well with other departments Dependable / prompt Unit Guidelines/Policies:Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Dress code - Black scrubs (not provided) Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: We are a large facility with a busy CT department averaging around 130 CT scans per day.Busy trauma center and stroke center.Team works well together.
