Special Equipment : Olympus, ERBE, Fujifilm, Arietta; Boston Scientific, Olympus, COOK, Conmed; various types of clips and accessories. #Tier1 Travel Compliance Submission Rules: Licensure Temp/Pending licenses not accepted. Valid perm California license must be in hand at time of submission. Locals accepted at same rate. No radius rule. Valid State License - Must have CA license in hand at the time of submittal. No Pending or temp. References - 2 references from within the past 1 year of employment are required at the time of submission. Must be supervisor or higher - No Charge RN. Hard Stop. Return Staff Policy - Previous perm employees must be separated for 24 months before they are eligible for travel positions at all Cedars-Sinai facilities (including Torrance Memorial Medical Center and Cedars Marina Del Rey), with the exception of CSMN, which requires a 12 month separation. All past Cedars employment (travel, staff, etc.) MUST be included on profile. This includes Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Cedars Marina Del Rey, Torrance Memorial, Cedars-Sinai Medical Network (CSMN), Huntington Health Physicians (HHP) and Huntington Hospital. Scheduling Requests None allowed. Traveler should be flexible. Background Policy - Any license or background hit requires a detailed written statement from the traveler. License/background hits will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any license or background hits that are open and/or pending are an automatic redirect. All hits must be completely closed.
