DOB required at time of submission. RTO required at time of submission. BLS and ACLS certifications must be active and in hand at time of submission. Wisconsin or Compact License: Pending Wisconsin or Compact license accepted at submission. License must be obtained during compliance. Submission Rules : Please submit candidates to only one opening per facility whenever possible. Epic experience preferred. Bill rates are firm. Background findings are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Travelers may return to the facility only after being separated for a minimum of 1 year. Travel pairs accepted. Froedtert cannot accommodate travelers with latex allergies. Start / Facility Instructions : Compliance Requirements: NIHSS certification may be pending at submission but must be completed during compliance. Badge photo (passport-style) is required within 24 hours of offer acceptance. Two supervisor references are required after offer acceptance. For RNs working ICU, IMCU, Med Surg, ED, or Birthing, one reference must be from the candidate's most recent assignment or permanent position. Modules Modules are generally completed during orientation and average 3 4 hours. Module time is non-billable if completed within the first 8 hours of orientation. Module completion is tracked via the facility report.
