ID: 63936833 Shift: 12H Night Description: Requisition Comments and Notes:Backfill. Assignment for 13-16 weeks. Rates are tiered based on mileage - measured by direct line not driving distance. Travel (101 miles+), Radius (51-100 miles), Local (50 miles or less)RN for Birthing Center: It will mostly be night shift. will consider a 3 x 12s only schedule. If traveler prefers, they can also do 2-12s and 2-8s per week on average. There could be times where I would need them 1-12 and 3-8s one week then the next week it would be 1-12 and 1-8 that week. A minimum of every other weekend and/or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care.Requirements:  AHA BLS and NRP required  Prior travel preferred  Floating required - med surg and ED units   1 year of LDRP experience required  RN must have experience. in areas of birthing department: Labor, Delivery, Post-Partum Care, & Newborn Care  Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable Additional Information:  IVS to OFFER Monday to Sunday  No block schedules for any reason    Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 7/20  Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained  This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers:  Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended  Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November April Float Required: NoCertifications: NRP,BLS Guaranteed Hours: Contract Weeks:112
