This 32-bed unit offers nurses the opportunity to practice on the forefront of kidney, kidney-pancreas, pancreas, and liver transplant nursing. Nurses teach patients about self-management of medications, dietary change, and assessing rejection symptoms while preparing for discharge. This unit offers the nurse to work with an interdisciplinary team committed to maintaining high standards of patient care. Must have FL license or compact on file at timeof submission.
