Cath Lab procedural area Type of equipment GE Innova Fluoro Systems, Mac Lab EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 6 months current acute care hospital Cath Lab Tech experience BLS ARRT (R) RCIS or RCES If they have the RCIS or RCES, they must be willing and able to apply for and register as a Fluoroscopy Operator in Colorado with DORA before they start working Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. ARRT (CI) or (CV) preferred Holding experience Monitoring experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): LHC, RHC, PCI, peripheral diagnostic and intervention Pacers, ICD s, Cardioversions, TEE s Tilt Table Tests, Dobutamine stress test. Best personality Fit: Positive, flexible Engaged in high quality patient care Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Must take on-call responsibilities with rest of team. Must be housed within 30 min of the Cath Lab. We divide call evenly through the 4-week schedule- usually 8-12 days. We try to do only one weekend during that 4 week block but that is not always possible.
