Supplemental Health Care is hiring Director of Nursing RNs for contract assignments at a partnering skilled nursing facility in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Qualifications:

• Current Pennsylvania RN License
• American Heart Association BLS1 to 2 years of recent relevant experience

Director of Nursing RN Contract Details:

• $1,426 - $1,548 per week*
• NOC shift available
• 13-week contract with possibility to extend
• DON will be responsible for Directing the nursing program, including implementing new policies and procedures when necessary
• Overseeing hiring, firing, and development of nursing staff
• Communicating with families, residents, and physicians as needed
• Developing a business plan and budget for the nursing unit
• Participating in creating resident care plans and ensuring they are followed
• Ensuring the nursing unit is compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations
