Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Wausau, Wisconsin and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Wisconsin
CPR Certified or ability to obtain
Previous OASIS experience
Previous experience with Computer Charting6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation

Home Health Occupational Therapist Contract Details:

$1,840 - $2,006 per week
13-week contract
Paid by the hour - not by the visit
Occupational Therapist will have a designated territory of coverage
