Supplemental Health Care is hiring Medical Sonographers for contract assignments at partnering Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Qualifications:
- Active certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree with coursework in sciences and anatomy
- American Heart Association BLS2 years of recent relevant experience
General Diagnostic Sonographer Contract Details:
- $2,500 - $2,725 per week
- 13-week contract with possibility to extend
- AM shifts available
- Hospital Setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate imaging equipment, and review images to be sure they are of good quality and helpful for diagnosis
- Identify normal and abnormal imaging results, communicate a summary of the results to physicians/health professionals, and alert them to urgent problems
- Prepare patients for procedures and educate patients throughout the ultrasound exam
- Review patient medical history, record imaging results in patient records, and coordinate care with various departments within the facility
